At Watches That Don't Tell Time, we understand that fashion is about form, not function, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your wrist statement. If your non-functional timepiece doesn't perfectly complement your aesthetic, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the artistic timepiece you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original designer packaging, ensuring all protective films and aesthetic certificates are included to maintain its pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, removing any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our curators verify the item's integrity.
